What information we collect
When you fill in our Admission Enquiry form or our Contact form, we collect the name, phone number, and any message or enquiry details you type in. For an admission enquiry specifically, we also collect the student's name and the class they're interested in. We don't collect anything beyond what's on those two forms. We don't ask for email addresses, payment details, or documents through this website.
What we don't collect: the review page
Our "Leave us a Google Review" page (review.php) works differently from the rest of the site. Whatever you type there is copied to your own device's clipboard and sent straight to Google when you continue — it is never saved into our database or seen by us first. The only thing that page stores on our side is which suggested topic phrase you picked, with no name or contact detail attached to it.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your admission enquiry or contact message, and to follow up with you about it (for example, sharing class details, confirming a demo class, or answering your question). We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for any marketing unrelated to the enquiry you made.
Google Analytics — only with your consent
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site — which pages are popular, roughly how many people visit, and so on. When you first visit, a banner asks you to Accept or Decline this tracking; nothing loads until you choose. If you click Decline, or leave the banner without choosing, no analytics tracking happens. Your choice is remembered in your browser for future visits, and you're always in control of it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and contact details only for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up on your enquiry — not indefinitely.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it's wrong, or ask us to delete it. To do any of this, just get in touch using the contact details below.
A note for parents: children's data
Msquare Tutorials teaches students roughly aged 10 to 18. Because an admission enquiry includes a minor's name and class, our Admission Enquiry form asks the parent or guardian filling it in to explicitly confirm they are the student's parent/guardian and that they consent to us processing the student's information for admission purposes. We only process a student's data on this basis.
